VAFC...acting a fool....anyone had this problem.

VAFC...acting a fool....anyone had this problem.
When i first turn the key to on, it will read throttle..0%. If i step on the gas and it goes to say 60% throttle, when i let off it holds that value. WTF? It won't do anything until i reset it. Then it does this.....it was working fine, for 4 years.
