Default VACUUM LINES

ok guys! I have a 90 Civic hatch w/ a custom T3 turbo. I've been running my hatch for about 1 month now and I decided to increase my boost at least by 8lbs. I bought a manual boost regulator and i attach another T's along with the FMU. I felt the big difference as far as power ..but i notice that I don't hear my wastegate opening and when i reach 8lbs..I'm leaning out big time!! It feels like it's going to blow! where do you guys hook up your vacuum lines for the wastegate? here is my setup..

T3 TURBO
TIAL 35MM WASTEGATE
VORTECH FMU 10:1
MSD FUEL PUMP 255LPH INLINE
RC ENGINEERING 310CC INJECTORS
BLITZ DD BLOW-OFF VALVE
3- ONE WAY VALVE(MAP SENSOR)
CUSTOM DOWNPIPE 2-1/4" W/ 2" EXHAUST SYSTEM
STARION INTERCOOLER
CUSTOM 2" PIPING

the top port is for an electronic boost controller that pulses the top side of the diaphram to increase and regulate boost and boost response.

wastegate does not need a vac line. Just run it off your boost piping.
