Default Vacuum/boost problems with turbo EG

I just installed a Peakboost turbo kit in my civic hatch with a fully built b18C. I got the vacuum lines from the bov, wastegate, and AEM 3.5 map sensor to a golden eagle vacuum block. My boost gauge is t'd into the fuel pressure regulator. When I start the car, it shows 15 in Hg of vacuum and when I step on the gas, it only goes up to 10 in Hg on the vacuum side. I'm using the AEM EMS for engine management. The whole valvetrain is Skunk2. Can cam timing effect vacuum/boost? Any help would be appreciated.

I would say it should be higher then 15 mines at 22 at 800rpm, well according to the autometer boost gauge

When you hit the gas it should go to 0 by the way

It's not going that far. Are you having any luck with your problem?

Thanks for the suggestion. When I had put the motor back together, I had problems keeping the car running. Come to find out, one of the cylinders's compression was too low and I had the valves adjusted. I'm not sure if the mechanic had adjusted all the valves or just the ones on that cylinder. Maybe I need to adjust them all again.
