vacuum block question

Default vacuum block question

hi, i got a blox vacuum block. I did the following hose connection.

i connected the hose that comes from the brake booster to the one side of the block and from the other side i pulled another hose and connected it on my IM.

thats correct or i did it wrong?

You can run a vacuum line from the IM through the vacuum manifold and into the brake booster, or I just see a lot of people "T-ing" off the brake booster, running it to the vacuum manifold, and capping off the other side of the manifold. What ever works for you.

Yes, cap off the other side of the block, you'll be fine seeing vacuum from the brake booster line only. That's how I had my T1 block set up, no issues.

i have a Golden eagle intake manifold. there are 2 exits from the manifold. the first one the brake booster hose goes there. and the other one is closed. If i open that and connect a hose going from there to the vacuum block this will be ok? It creates vacuum or its has to be from the brake booster?
