well i just installe dmy turbo over the weekend and everythings been fine besides teh fact that when it hits full boost it hits 11-12 psi for a quick second. But this morning i was on my way to work and i boosted for a sec and i saw a big puff of white smoke. I pulled over and popped the hood and there was a bad coolant smell and there was some cooling dripping on teh ground couldnt tell where it was coming from. I checked my oil and it looked good and no oil in teh coolant, and it still runs fine.

 

Is there white smoke coming out from the exhaust at idle?

It's possible that the head could've lifted up during boost, get ARP Headstuds

 

yeah you could have simply lifted the head. If you look around the head gasket you may be able to see green antifreeze spray somewheres on your motor.

 

if that happend would the motor still be good with a new headgasket and studs

 

well it doesnt smoke at idle, and it only does it if i hammer on it pretty hard. It just did it again a minute ago and i popped my hood and there was coolant around the valve cover gasket, and the coolant in the radiator is low and it almost seems as though the radiator is leaking.

 

Ok, im just gonna order a new oem headgasket (should be good to hold 10-11 psi right? And some arp head studs. Its weird because it doesnt overheat or anthing, it sjust smokes under ahrd boosting, and im losing coolant.
