Default urgent plz help,, simple stupid question.

I know its not really FI related, but you guys here know better than the other forums:

I'm removing my MSD BTM from my turbo hatch (b18b) but when I take off the distributor cap the rotor isn't aligned in the way I could reach the screw,, How do I move the rotor???? maybe it's a stupid noob question,, but the rotor doesnt seem to budge at all and I have already checked in the helms manual,, they only say unscrew.
please I need help before sunset,,, its like in an hour.

thanks

as long as I'm understanding you correctly, put the car in 5th and take the e brake off, push it one way or another a nudge.

you could have taken the distributer off and done it on the bench, or put it in neutral and turned the crank pulley with a ratchet.
