Default Upgrade to 400whp range

Hey guys. I need some advice on what to upgrade in order to hit low 400whp on my setup.

Currently it's running 328 whp/261 tq on 15lb psi on 93 pump gas with this setup:

- B18A1 stock motor
- ARP head studs
- GSR oil pump
- Garrett T3/TO4E 50 trim compressor w/stage III turbine .48 A/R
- Custom stainless steel tubular ram manifold
- Custom stainless steel 3" downpipe with flex pipe and dumptube
- Tial 38mm wastegate
- 3" full custom exhaust
- Custom intercooler 27" X 6.5" X 3.5"
- Custom intercooler aluminum piping
- Tial Q blow off valve
- BLOX Pro Boost Controller
- GM 3 Bar Map Sensor
- Skunk2 intake manifold
- BLOX 68mm throttle body
- Endyne block breather kit
- Walbro 255 fuel pump
- Delphi 580cc injectors
- FueLAB Adjustable FPR
- Benen Fuel Rail
- Y1 tranny rebuilt with GearSpeed carbon coated synchros
- Stage 4 Competition clutch
- 12lb Competition flywheel
- P28 ECU tuned with Hondata S300

That turbo is good to 450whp so I'll be keeping that, upgrading the intercooler but unsure about the wastegate.

I'm keeping the LS head, so throw me any other ideas.

Coz

450whp is really pushing it on a 50trim, VTEC head or not. You need to increase your injector size and get ready to leave 93 octane behind. as stated earlier, switching to a VTEC head will increase your probability of 400whp mark, but again, the 50trim will be very pushed.

get turbo and injectors. if you keep the LS head, headwork is your best friend.

Jeff Evans really helped me. My origional setup on my h22 made 425 to the wheels before a sleeve sank. Since I had to rebuild we discussed what I needed to make more power. Honda engines are very hungry for air so when going FI vlave size, cams, throttle body, turbo size, intake manifold are the best places to see gains. Jeff was very helpful and knows a ton about any honda engine.

So you guys are saying upgrade the head to VTEC or build the LS head instead of the block? I don't think my stock rods will last on higher boost I'm already at 15psi on stock internals. I was figuring throwing in some Wiseco pistons, Eagle rods, and ARP rod bolts would allow me to crank the boost up to 20psi and get at least an extra 50whp out of the upgrade to the block internals.

Does that sound doable?
