Well I plan on uninstalling my turbo for my smog check...damn cali. But anyhow I was wondering if my keep my intercooler mounted up should I close off the end tanks so no debris gets in it once the piping is gone? Also if I keep the fmu and inline fuel pump in will that effect smog?

Take the FMU and pump out, they'll fail visual.

I shoved rags in the ends of the IC piping
