Default UNINSTALL JRSC help please

hi, i just got my EM1 with JRSC, im in the middle of building my poor man's r and i need to get the car inspected so im just going to put it back to stock. i am interested in the LHT intercooler mod, but the car does fine untuned in Texas heat and for fraction the price i can just get the manifold ported, yes? but enuff about that.

this link https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1283655 helps a lot but because i paid for my Helm manuals with money order, i have to wait 4 WEEKS for it . so please if you can help me out it'll be great. what do i need to put back on, what i need to take off, yada yada.

I realize this is like a month late, but did you ever get it all figured out? I'm in the process of figuring out the exact same thing myself. So far this is what I have...
Parts you'll either definitely or most likely need:
-B16 Intake manifold
-B16 FPR
-B16 Injectors and Fuel Rail (Really just the 240cc OBDII injectors)
-Alternator mount thingy
-Maybe a stock crank pulley, depending on what's on there currently
-New belts

One of the parts I'm getting hung up on is what's involved with the wiring/tuning side of it all. The guy I'm pulling mine from I BELIEVE does not have Hondata/Uberdata/etc. or a VAFC. Since it's OBDII, and I'm assuming he has the stock ECU, what the hell else could there be? Is there a JR "black box" kind of deal, or what?
