Im thinking about this what you guys think:
1980s mustang or thunderbird, Turbo (t3/t4) and all the piping i can grab outta it (get rebuild kit and rebuild it)
late 1980s saab turbo intercooler (front mount)
Mendrel bends outta the exhaust shop
VFAC to keep it from blowing up
5.5 psi
is that safe?

 

Piping from the donor car is not going to help you.
You need a BOV.
You need a manifold.
You need some sort of fuel management. V-AFC will let you tune down larger injectors but you cannot add fuel with it. An FMU works nicely for low boost levels.

Those turbos were straight t3s, not t3/t4s.
