I agree 110% with above statement... I never use them...

I dunno. All i know is that my car rips at full throttle. But i don't drive everywhere full throttle, and i bogs and hesitates at part throttle sometimes. Not always. I tried setting tuning part throttle off of my plugs and everything got messed, so i am back to a basemap for now. I am kinda disapointed in my current engine. It is a d16y7 block with a d16z6 head. The compression is way low.

What version are you using? I have had part throttle issues w/ 1.8 (don't ask why). I may have recieved a corrupt version but, who knows. I am currently using version 1.70 off of pgmfi.org. It works very well and support's the 3bar flawlessly. 1.66 was a great version also. If you want to use either one LMK and I can send you a copy.

nice. Too tell you the truth, it seem s to change with the weather. I know it is a basemap and shouldn't make a difference, but when it is cold outside and my engine is all the way warmed up, I have no issues at all, and if i check my plugs, they are a golden brown. But if it is hot outside, If i run it hard, The plugs start to go white? Am i paying too much attention to my plugs?

If your plugs are going white then stop getting on the gas. You need to get it tuned before you just start beating on it. Get a wideband as soon as possible because its going to be impossible to tune your fuel by just reading your plugs. Also to check your plugs make sure you are shutting the car down immediately after a WOT pull rather than checking them after letting the car idle.

Well, The plugs were fine before i started messing with the basemap, They were brown. And ever since I ,ess upand let it run lean for a few seconds, they have been white. Does leaning out the plugs ruin them? If so, I guess i need new ones?
