Uberdata is like a free version of Hondata. Basically it's a program based on the Honda ECU code that allows you to modify fuel, timing, VTEC x-over points as well as a few other things.
Neptune I think is sorta the same thing but a little more advanced. It has a bunch of extra features that everybody seems to go crazy for. I think you have to pay a licensing fee to use Neptune though.

You can't really use Neptune. You can pay someone to tune your car with it.
That is the major downfall of Neptune imo
I've been seriously considering switching to Neptune and the only thing right now keeping me from doing that (besides the money part) is I may want to tune my own car at some point in the future, can't do that with Neptune.
