If you are running turbo, i dont recommend the type R tranny. My friend had it on his turbocharged b18c5 civic coupe and he would wind out his gears faster then hell. Try http://www.fizzautosports.com/ they might be able to get them in still.

type r or si tranny is the # 1 tranny for boost. the quicker thru the gears the quicker thru the traps. bottom line. if you can afford the type r tranny get it but i would go si with a quaife for less money. thats what i did.
i have an r engine looking to go boosted should i stay with the tranny or get a new one.........or possible stay with the tranny and upgrade to a quafie?

j/k
from the sounds of it, you'd want to keep the r tranny and add quafie for a superior setup. at least thats what i've read over and over from people who have the setup
