Default Type-R head or B16 head?

So i bent valves and am just going to replace the entire head.

Which would you go for (i'm on a tight buget BTW)

Type-R head with no CAMs or cam caps for $400 OR

Replacement b16a head for $250 complete?

I was thinking of putting my b16a cams and cam caps in the type-r head (will they fit??!) and then selling the b16a head minus the cams and cam caps to recoupe some of the $$$

So would the Type-R head be worth it? I'm running a stock bottem end for now, gt28rs at only 5.8lbs, but i would like to be able to rev a little higher.

Also will my b16a intake manifold bolt up to the Type-R head? Will the Type-R head raise the compression on my b16a?

Thanks H-T

B16 and Type-R head is the same head with some small differences in parts and finishing work. Go for the B16 head.

Nope, just some bowl work to smooth things out in the transition to the valve seats and a better valve job.
