two cats....

Is it possible to have to cats for my car to pass smog...i have a basic drag 3 kit and 44occ injectors....i was thinking about welding two stock integra cats to my 2.5 inch custom exhaust...

when i lived in CA, u just had to shop around for your tag. cost me $270...i don't agree w/ this at all anymore though
