Installing LSD

I just got a JDM Type R lsd. Im going to install it next week. I was told I have to shave something down to make it fit in my GSR tranny? Does any one have any pointers or online instructions how to do this with pictures.

should bolt right in. i would recommend reusing your current ring gear though.

Yeah, I don't think there's any modifications you have to do.
