twin disk problems help!!

Default twin disk problems help!!

i have a twin disk from competition clutch and the flywheel bolts are to long its not clearing my rear main seal plate its hitting it motor wont turn cause of it, should i sand down the bolts a little so it will clear ? what should i do>? has any one had this problem be for? her som pic

you need to grind the rear main support plate

put the bolts on a lathe and take off .150

why should any modifications need to be made to have this fit right? does comp. clutch say these modifications need to be made for it to fit?

Call Comp clutches the least they can do is send you some bolts. Sure there wont be an issue with that unless you are missing a Disc

On some motors you have to shave down the bolts to clear the seal and oil pan. I had to on mine per Chris @ CC. I just used a dremel w/cut-off disc and took the ends of the bolts off flush with the back of the flywheel. If you have and question let me know.

when i helped install it on a gsr it slightly with the gasket but cleared the oilpan
