twin dics or single clutch kit
hey guys am about to complete my new integra project build..fully sleved b18c bored out to 2.0L polished crank ect with matching head works..now am looking for a clutch kit to match my set up .one that would hold 600-700whp .........am looking at two brands exedy and atc.
is it necessary to have a twin disc set up or is a single disc set up with a torque capacity of 400+ workable..
just need some expert advise as the price difference between these two are about 900us

Re: twin dics or single clutch kit
Exedy is good, but over priced. ACT IMHO is garbage. Ive never had one come anywhere near holding the power they claimed. Never had an issue with Action or Competition Clutch. Plus Comp if you run their product and sticker, pays out for 1st and 2nd place finishes if you have pictures and official documents showing results. Also a Comp twin is like 300-400 cheaper than an exedy and work just as well. Figured I'd give you some info instead of just saying my .02

Twin disc is going to be needed. Single disc will hold the power for a little while but a couple track days and kiss it goodbye. Comp twins are great, tilton twins as well. exedy is good just over priced. Spec makes a nice unit also. And ive never liked act so i wont recomend.
