Anyone currently using this looks pretty sweat just wanted to know if it is easy to use? Also wanted to know any cons with it the pros look numerous just by the description and options it has.
I use it. And yes it is slighty more expensive then others. But for what you get, it is worth every penny. I installed it within an hour, had it tuned in less then 20 min. It is great.... 3 stages of boost control, adjustable wastegate sensitivity, audible warning, over boost shutdown, peak hold, 2 auxilary outputs, and it has the gate pressure feature.... the gate pressure feature is my favorite thing, it lets you by pass the wastegate for how every many PSI you want, so you essentially are controlling when the wastegate opens. You'll build boost quicker, have more power mid-range and you can completely eliminate all boost creep.

i was also thinking of buying one. it would fit in your gauge cluster perfectly. i have a del sol, and i though it would be great if i put it where the clock goes. turbosmart is also know for making good products.
before i found a deal on the AVC-R, i was going to get the E-boost, I heard that the only problem with it is that the vacuum line on the back is just epoxied on and can snap off if you aren't careful, just something to look into. Other than that i have heard nothing but good things about it, i still may pick one up later on down the road
That was a problem with previous E-boosts. Mine is securely fastened to the back of the E-boost. As far as the AVC-R goes, it is a good piece. It is just to complicated to use, for example... to change boost levels on the AVC-R, you need to press 3 buttons I believe. To change boost on the E-Boost, you just press one button. The E-boost is so simply to use, but yet it has so many features.
