None, they will all ruin your engine.
I know your new, but that doesn't give you the right to post stuipid questions.
Think about your question for a min, whats wrong with it?
You want a turbo that will give you power???? I'm not aware of one thats designed to not give you power, and one that won't "**** up" your engine. Hmm turbo's don't ruin engines, ignorance ruins engines.
So we know what you drive and thats about all.
If you were to get an actual answer you would have to provide a little more info. How do you plan to drive this car? Where do you want the power most? High rpm, low rpm, mid rpm, etc.
Drag racing, or auto x?
Daiily driven or not?. Whats your budget? How much power would you like?
Stuff like that helps.
Now go do some reading through the archives you will learn a lot about turbo's how they work and hopefully you'll be able to answer some of these questions.
Welcome to the board, but there are rules that you need to follow, please follow them.

If you are super paranoid, stop now, and go buy a factory turbo car. You will get a warranty with it.
Nobody can give you a recommendation without you stating your goals first.
