Default turbonetics manifold problem

I have the new turbonetics manifold (the one with the wastegate in the center) and wehn it comes time to bolt the manifold up with the turbo it hits the block. I notched the block to give me the clearance but the back of the turbo just hits the block. Did anyone else have this problem? What should I do?

yeah i was thinking that is the only way to get it to fit. Will the older turbonetics or drag manifold have this problem also?

the older drag manifold wil fit the turbo with the inlet facing the passengers side but you still have to grind down the block

Well my block is already notched due to the fact i tried to get it to fit so thats not a problem. I rather just a new manifold because it cheaper and easier then buying a new turbo.
