Turboing a B16a2
Cheapest way..! Start looking around for parts, this mean junk yard every weekend and awhole lot of time on ebay bidding (price?). Cheap but takes a long...time! If you have that 1g buy it from ebay, complete turbo kit set up. I did it before spend around $600 bucks and 5+ months for complete kit (diy). I do not want to do it that again, not worth time and the money you saved!!!

Yeah it's my daily driver how about those kits on ebay they come with mani turbo etc but can it work on a standard ecu?Oh yeah im also from New Zealand and we dont really have turbo kits and if we do it's more then the civics we drive lol
I suggest you buy the kit from ebay then! Yes, you can use the stock ecu but won't run as good. You need to do the following: chip ecu, upgrade injectors, walbro fuel pump, fmu, I might be missing something out...You don't have to do all those but it helps a lot! If you want to save money and don't upgrade all those, it least upgrade the FMU is a most or say good bye to your engine...

Sweet thanks for the info aye helps heaps as for the super charger (used)what will that be off? bolt on units that fit honda's are rare as over here new or used..is it true that the factory map sensor only lets you make like 6psi then cuts you?
