turbod 5th gen hb d16z6 idle bounce
i have a 94 civic hb with sohc vtec 1.6 with greddy turbo,rising rate fpr.
alot of the time as i drive i slow for a lite and no the idle jumps up and dow
as it trys to idle it just reves up and down from 1000 rpms to 1600rpms and i seems as if the ecu is trying to pull the idle down,
could it be the engine is so rich that it is chocking??

i am reading 21 vacum on my boost gauge i for got what its calles like 21hg's something like that more vacum than my bro and he dont have that prob
