Default turbo xs adjustment

okay, well, my RFL isnt making that loud *** whoosh...so is there a way i can adjust the valve? anybody with one know how? the site shows how to adjust it so theres no flutter, but how do i "soften" the valve so it releases more pressure? anyone know? i am running 7 psi, so could that be why its not as loud?

You can only adjust the RFL BOV, only by adding and subtracting with washers. (no fine tuning there) You can try to find some different washer with different thickness. Well, take some washer away and do a couple of test runs. Yes you answer your own question there, that you running 7 psi. Higher PSI, louder your WHOOOOSHH!!! will be... .
