my question is, and i have searched alot, what can i use to make this kit work for a while or at least start up? manuel boost controller? FMU? i plan on running it on a completey stock LS motor and run veryyy low PSI. maybe 5 if possible. thanks for any info. i will eventually tune but at least to get it to run i need to know what i need.

You can find a lot better stuff for the same price or less than that Ebay kit. Personally, i wouldnt bother with that one...

The answers are practically staring you in the face - check in the top of this forum, the F.I. FAQ. Now please read everything you have time for, then ask anything that you are unclear on (after using the search button, of course) and we will be HAPPY to help.
MANY things have been answered MANY times - and certain people will get mad if you ask one of those questions.
