Cruisin around tonite boosting 5psi on my Drag GSR 99.
Spanked a Lancer then, 10mins later i hear a small..pop..like the BOV get stuck...!!
My turbo wont even build anymore boost..
I can hear the turbo spool but no boost is building and the BOV is silent..
What the hell could it be..
I spun the fins of the turbo and watch it spin when my car was just sitting there..looked okay..connections all look fine to..boost gauge vac is okay too.

My set up
99 Integra GSR
Drag 3 Turbo
AC Race Fuel Rail
Vortech FMU
NGK Plugs
NGK Wires
Tial External
Stock Fuel Pump

 

id put money on it that u blew off an intercooler pipe..

 

I was thinking the same..

check your vacuum connection on the AVC-R, make sure that the solenoid is working

 

yeah prob popped a hose...

 

i had the same problem with a hose blowing off this weekend. scared the **** out of me, i thought i broke some thing.

 

the drag kits has external wastegate right, cause if it was iternal you should check that too.

no boost could mean no wastegate working

 

Well i checked everything..and took the hoses out and it waz the Intercooler pipe..
blew right off....

 

hehe, hate it when that happens!

 

the worst feeling is when it blows off when you hit the gas hard, feels like a fat bitch just jumped in your car thinking you had a bucket of fried chicken!
