turbo too big?
i have a garrett turbo with a comp A/R .60 turbine A/R.63. is that too big for an auto teg LS? will i get a lot of lag? or should i just use the tdo5h instead?
not bb i got it off a n old t-bird
That turbo will be nice on your motor. TurboInteg95 has that turbo too.. they spool quick and can give nice hp at higher boost levels. The .63 is a good choice for that size turbo on your motor.
Sorry, I misread your original post...I thought you said t-60, which is way too big...t-3's are good

nope, eclipse's use T25 turbo's which spool very quickly! A T3 will only have a little more lag that a T25, which isnt much at all. However, a ball bearing would be awesome in comparison, but cost may be substantially higher.
Bottom Line... enjoy the T3! It should be pretty sweet!

Auto LS, that turbo is actually very well suited for stock LS motors. They spool up fairly quick and the compressor is fairly suited for that motor. Your powerband will be very broad as opposed to the peaks that most Honda motor produce, it makes for a good street turbo and it can hold it's own at the track.
