Default turbo timer power question?

instead of using the constant power from the ignition. could i just go to one of the empty constants over the fuse panel?

or does it have to be from the ignition. i know the others probably have to be so it stays running.thanks

and also. my fan is hardwired to a switch. is there a way (going from one of the TT wires) to hardwire the fan in so it is always on when the car is on, but also stays on after the key is out, but the TT still has it running?
