Default turbo/supercarger

well my questions is well, i was looking at a pic of a jrsc and i saw that it had an intake so i was wondering would it be possilbe to get a greddy kit for my b18c1 and a jrsc? would the turbo feed alot more air in to the jrsc which would produce more hp? i know it a dumb question but iwas wondering.
thanks for your time
