Depends on your setup..

Small turbo with 6 PSI than a Bigger turbo with 6 PSI will vary.. the bigger turbo will put more stress..

You need to be more detailed.. haha

Basic components of turbo kit is intercooler, intercooler piping, turbo, turbo manifold, downpipe, wastegate, blow off valve, injectors, tuning electronics..

thats the gyst of it.

Since you're running a D series presumably, your goals should fall in the 220-240whp range. Boost pressure, as you'll find through your research, does not mean much; therefore, set your goals as I did, in terms of power creation. The boost pressure required to hit that goal isn't much of a concern. The only time to ever care about "how much psi can i run" is when you're trying to stay within the confines of a MAP sensor or within the safe limits of your turbocharger.

As for the components you'll need, i believe you can find that information in the FAQ. You'll need all the typical components of a turbo setup but you'll only need those which can support the aforementioned power goal. Do your research and ask specific questions...you'll get more help then
