Turbo Sputter

When I floor it, my turbo starts to build boost until about 5 grand...it seems to cut out, sputter and pop a few times, then the car takes off and I reach full boost. What is happening?

It sounds like a serious fuel problem. I would check it out ASAP.

Well my engine is throwing code 45...its running to rich. Im trying to figure all this out and get it fixed.
