Default turbo sizing

What size turbo would be good for an H22 prelude? I would only be running 8-10psi. Should I go with a T3 or a hybrid turbo? Also what size wheels should I run? Thanks for the input.

One of my Red Pill Hybrid turbos would be perfect for the H22A. Here's an example of the one I created that made over 298whp and 240ft/lbs at a scant 8.2 lbs of boost on a stock head and stock block.
