ok, so ive got a question for you guys. i have been planning on boosting the ef sometime very soon, and now i just have to buy the exhaust flange, gaskets, etc for the turbo. only thing is i have 2 turbos to pick from. i have a garrett t25 off of a stock 300zx with like zero shaft play at all, and i have a garrett t25 off of a stock sr20 with very minimal shaft play. the sr20 turbo has a bigger exhaust housing, so it'd be a little more laggy. my goal is around 190whp, so i was wondering, which turbo do you guys suggest me running to reach that goal?

 

What motor are you running?
If it's a D motor then either turbo should get you your goal of 190.
I would explore that 300zx turbo a little more and check it's compressor maps against your motor.

If you are running a B series I would suggest you compare the SR20 compressor maps. That one might be a bit better for you especially if you have an Integra motor.
