i was looking into getting a turbo but i heard that turbos run out after 60,000 miles. is that true or can they last longer?? thanx

they can be rebuilt. Don`t worry about the life of the turbo, worry about your motor.

yea im planning on boosting a B18c1 that im gonna have swapped in a month or less from now. how long is the normal life of a turbo then?

i think a lot of stock turbos are usually around 60 k life...maybe a bit more...ive read that after 60 k you should have them rebuilt but i think you should worry more about your motor like vtecvoodoo said...most likely its gonna give out before the turbo
