Default Turbo Setup Problems. HELP!

I have talked with a few of my tuner friends, and since I am new to the tuner scene... I have a few questions.

I currently own a B16A2 Powered 1993 Civic Hatchback with a T3 Turbo. I have been informed I need the following...

Turbo Rebuild
Custom Turbo Exhaust
350cc Injectors
Holley Fuel Pump
Fuel Pressure Regulator
Pistons
Fuel Management System
External Wastegate

I was wondering if anybody had prices and/or places I can get these things... I would also like to know where I can get them all installed. PLEASE HELP! I am located in Ocean County, and would prefer to stay in the NJ area. again. Thank you and PLEASE HELP. I need prices and places to get these parts... also preferable brand names are helpful.

It does run. The Turbo smokes...

My goals with the car is for it to run smooth... maybe like... mid to low 12s? I just want the car to run good now. and I'll work out goals later.
