Default Turbo selections :(

ok......heres the thing.....i have everything in my signature....but the kit was used....and i need to rebuild my turbo...a good respected (20 yr old buisness) is charging my 400 for a turbo rebiuld w/brand new parts for my TDo4-15c (first gen) if i wanna upgrade to a 16g...its about 550....no i can either oay the 400 or....i can buy a t3 w/an internal wastegate......cause i dont wanna have to buy a new manifold....so what do i do....i want it to be less than 400....cause for that amount.....i can by a new turbo.....thanx in aadvance

ok.but i dont know what to do.....i mean spen 365 bucks on a turbo rebuild? and its not even a tdo4 15g!!......what do u guys think????
