if it doesnt need wheels, the rebuild kit can be purchased for under 50 bucks, or sent out for under 100, what turbo / whats wrong?

sorry Im not down with that turbo slang - rib cage, uhh backing plate???? if so add another 50 bucks for anodized, find someplace else to rebuild, you can pretty much buy a better / same turbo for the money they are asking.

im not even sure what it is too but basically they're going to change everything but the housing and he say its just going to be a new turbo.

based on what you said/know get another estimate, if the $ are the same buy another turbo.
