Default Turbo Selection

This question is for the turob expers on this board. Well I am starting to peace together a turbo kit and I need to decide what turob I will go with. Can you guy please help me out with my selection. Here is my setup:

JDM ITR engine
JE 9.8:1 pistons
Eagle rods
Block guard (welded in)
Stainless steel valves
I want to hit 320whp but I will not go past 15psi
I also like to do road racing as well as drag racing therefor I want a versetile turbo, that will be also drivable on the street.

Please help!
Thaks

I got my turbo from an old detroit diesel truck... it's a little large but the lag is controllable when I autocross.. the power is pretty controllable and comes on gradually.... it's hard to achieve full boost but once it does , somewhere around 10,000rpms.... it rocks!!!!!

j/k

just get a greddy kit... spools a little faster than some of the alrger ones and gives a decent amount of power and is smog legal..

For a middle of the road pic, use a T3/T40E 57 or 60 trim. For the turbine use .63 A/R with a Stage III trim if possible.

T3/04e .50 .63 a/r is a very versatile turbo, and has a bigger center of efficiency than the .57 trim, while flowing only 2lbs less, and spooling faster. You'll be hard pressed to run out of turbo for what you want to do, so a .57 trim would be overkill IMHO

Thanks for the info. I was actually leaning towards ball bearing T04E 60-1, .63A/R Stage 3. Do you think this will be a good turbo. Also should I go with oil and water cooling or just oil???

thanks
