Default is this turbo the right one for me?

So as I said in another topic, I was going to go with a GT35E for my stock gsr. Then it was suggested to me that since I plan on using it on the street I should choose a smaller turbo, like an sc44.
So right now I'm probably going to get an sc44 with GT wheels for $790. What do you guys think of this as a street turbo for a stock block b18c1? Oh and is this a decent price? thanks.

What are your HP goals, or even better do you have an ET goal?

The SC44 is a perfect street turbo for the GSR. It is capable of over 450whp, with a full spool around 3500-4000.

oh well in that case, you should go with the SC50. It is the most efficent turbo for low boost-30psi street honda's. It will spool very quick, and make good power no matter what psi you run it. Maxes out around 400whp, although many have said to have seen 500whp.

I'll admit I have not much experience with turbo hondas but I was really hoping to choose a turbo in more detail than 'one size fits all low boost street hondas'. That's why I invested the time learning to plot compressor and turbine maps and reading dynos. The third factor is experience which I don't have :-/
Plus 300 is better than 250 and if I get addicted it's going to be 'built engine here I come!' territory :>
