Ok I have a t3t4 60 trim turbonetics turbo .63 exhaust wondering if this turbo idls capable of 450hp anyone thanks in advance

Not to the wheels, no. It is capable of about 420-430whp as its maximum. But it is never wise to try and run it at its maximum for any extended period of time.

Dam that sucks wat do you think will be a reasonable turbo to
Make 450 500 on. Also wat I's a reasonable price to sell this one has less than 500 miles and 0 shaft play thanks bro

Anything that is about 58-61lbs/min +. This means GT3540S, STC Silver surfer, BW S362, STC 62mm Reaper, Precision SC61, Precision 6262, 67mm, Turbonetics GTK 650 etc. Since you're in California on 91 Octane water, that means you actually have to go this large.

So, now that this is out of the way, you need to look at what your budget is (Needs to be at least $850), how you want the power to come in (not too much variation for a sub 3 litre engine), and what you're trying to do with the car.
