Default Turbo question

I wanna turbo my 90 accord. I know about the parts list up until the AFC-Hack. I wanna run it because i do not want to go thru the whole chipping/burning rom process. After I have it installed, where do you normally have it tuned, and whats the price. Also im not much of a mechanic, i would like to know how much it would cost for someone to do an install. If you live in ohio and can do it, please tell me mabe i can save some money in the process. Thanks alot in advance,

im reading anything and everything about the subject so i can be aware of what needs to be done, im starting to learn more about the AFC, is there a place/website i can go with a crapload of info on it. Id rather save the money for the thing than try to burn and chip my ecu. and with AFC can i keep my existing one, or do i need the p06? thanks
