95 eg hatch with ls/vtec turbo but my turbo wont boost and if it does build any it just cuts out. help!!

tial 38 mm wastegate
turbo xs bov
turbo xs duel stage boost controller
ram style turbo maifold
neptune ecu
clutch master lighten flywheel
zoom stage 3 clutch
880 cc injectors
255 walbro fuel pump

 

check all your couplers
you have a boost leak
build a pressure tester out of pvc to test the system
