turbo numbers
T4 is the compressor family and T3 is the turbine family (diffrent sizes). after that they have diffrent numbers acording to the A/R(i believe that means the air ratio) that is pretty much it. some one correct me if i am wrong through
also the T3/T4 is a hybrid turbo because it mixes the two familys together

Compressor refers to the intake side of the turbo. There are T3 and T4 compressors.
A hybrid turbo is when you mate a T3 turbine with a T4 compressor, thus the T3/T4 name.
