Your question is way to braod, too many factors to give you definite answers. Yes you can boos ton stock motor, psi depnds n your fuel setyp and turbo size, preference whatever.

Search learn, and then ask more direct questions so we can better help you

Turbo
Nos

Turbo without a doubt. Turbo is there all the time and doesn't need to be filled up.

Exaclty bottle fills get old real quick,

People always say Nos is cheaper, but tell you what when you've filled your bottle 100 times, thats $3000 on top of your nos kit

Its more of a way to finance your speed, actually its like a lease, because once its all said and done you dont have anythign to show for it.

Example spend $500 on nos kit, 100 fills, youve spent $3,500

Time to move on and your selling a nos kit worth $350, but what about all your fills

^^^^ Some points people overlook ^^^^^

Nitrous, unless you boost all the time or run nitrous all the time.

On a low psi setup, you'd probably make the same power with the nitrous kit.

Agree go both, but as everyone else might agree too turbo on a stock motor is okay, just dont get boost krazy.

Turbo cost way more than nitrous. You can spend $$$$ on tuning alone everytime you upgrade something. Power to be made, is power to be paid for. Do a search on tuning and you will see thousands of post 90% is turbos and dyno time.

Unless you boost all the time....

I DO! and I think that anyone here with any FI setup goes into boost all the time.

there is something to be said about having boost waiting for you directly under your right foot , whenever you want it.

Nitrous is a cheap & very effective power adder, reserved for "Race" situations.

Turbo is the kind of power adder that you can appreciate everytime you start your car, & it is especially appreciated everytime I have to merge with highway traffic .

BOOST BABY!!!
