Would a stock B16A2 motor handle a turbo setup at 11psi, and a 25-shot of nitrous? I want the just so that when I run it at the track i can get lower et's. I only plan on running maybe 2-3 times at the track. Let me know what you think...

 

11psi doesn't mean anything....power kills engines. Also what is the benefit to the nitrous, just add more boost if you want more power, but your tuner will decide how much power you can make safely...

 

Well I can safely boost up to 11psi. I was just wondering if maybe using a bit of nitrous would kill my engine. Just wondering if anyone has ever safely done this...

 

to make up the added power of the 25shot make more power from boost.

 

If you are going to use it to help cool down the charge then it should be fine. a 25 shot isn't a lot. You should be fine as long as your tuned properly.

I use nitrous to help cool down my charge but not to make a ton more power. I think I am runnin a .022 jet in my setup. NOS says a .032 jet is equal to a 50 shot so its probably like a 20 shot or so if I had to guess.
