So does the compressor hang on the drivers side or the passenger side?
Mine is on the drivers side, with no A/C or P/S, but it does permit my 3" DP to clear with no problem. Why does your run the way it does, and are there any advantages to your set-up?

I don't think it's possible, but even if it is, it's probably more trouble than it's worth.
Mine is currently sitting on the bedroom floor too.
