Turbo & manifold swap.. have to retune???

Turbo & manifold swap.. Do I have to retune???
My SSautochrome manifold crack after 3 months of hard boosting. I'm going to swap in the inline pro and SC61 turbo from my t3.
Do I have to retune all of my hondata over just because I swap out turbo and manifold????
Everything is going to be the same. Same boost level of runing also. I know the boost going to be different because of the bigger turbo, but does the fuel map changed ???
