Wow! You don't tend to leave questions very generalized do you? How much money do you have to spend on one? That might narrow things down a bit as to what kind you should be looking at. I don't think the people here are purpously going to steer you down the wrong path.

Yeah could it be anymore general. For a cheaper setup, the greddy manifold is a good choice. I hear those SSautochrome manifolds on ebay are okay if you brace them. I am sure you can get some better manifolds, but of course you will pay more

ya i see manifolds on ebay all the time that are cheap like an equale lenth manifold for 200$ y so cheap is it the steel they use or the welds that are bad but if it was the welds could you reweld the piping or make braces for it or is it the pipe is going to blow a part under high pressure
so are tubular headrs bad for high bost(30-35 psi) so would cast be better Or what manifold could hold up to 30-35 psi
