Turbo manifold
Anyone know of a DIY on a turbo manifold? I have access to a mandrel pipe bender and my friend is an apprentice welder, and has been for the past year. Anyway, anybody have a DIY? Thanks

If your intention is to build a turbo mani for a daily driven car then it's not really a good idea to use thinner wall tubing. You'll want to use pipe from a place like http://www.acestainless.com
Search the fab forum and you'll see the materials that are needed. Generally everything is made from sch10 1.5 90 degree els and straight pieces that are cut and worked to fit, then all weldedup.
Just be aware that making a turbo mani requires more than just welding ability. Having the right jigs and equipment is what it truly takes to make something that lasts and works well.

Umm not sure the point of that. Yeah my friend tig welds and i was definitely planning on using a fairly thick walled pipe for the manifold. I'm also bending all of my charge piping and such. I'll give you a pm. THANKS FOR THE HELP!
