But what about the rods?

If all you want is 250whp you can keep your car stock don't need cams or intake manifold.

Intake manifold is a plus though.

This thread would be better in Forced Induction....MOVED

You'll get a lot better answers here. The Integra and Civic forums are full of crappy answers and terrible misinformation

i have a 95 ls turbocharged and i was runnin 330's for a while dude it made 254 hp on the 330's with a walbro 255l fuel pump, with that said you could run 330's if your tight on money or what i recommend doin is going with the 750cc injectors (if you have engine management) because they can be de-tuned to whatever you needs are and if you ever decide to build your engine later you wont have to buy injectors anymore and as long as they are saturated you dont need a resistor box either but 440's are good to dude, by the way ive still got those 330's if you wanna get em just hit me up.

Seeing you have a ebay kit you are probably on a budget. The budget crew seems to recommend dsm 450s which can be found pretty cheap. I've never ran them and I think I read some people have had problems using the freeware ems systems while tuning them.

If you want to do it big and plan on maybe boosting 350whp+ in the future pickup a set of bosch 1000cc injectors. If you have a good ems like hondata s300 you can tune them to run like stock and have room for a bigger setup later.

The reason I say go 1000cc is I went with RC 750cc injectors since it was the biggest saturated injector at the time. Ended up having to sell them a year later when I went for 500whp build.

damn..nevermind your way out there, but anyway spooled has got a point but with a 1000cc injector your gonna need a resistor box too..and if your doin an ebay kit then chances of you building a 500whp engine is pretty far away.. i would personally start to piece a good kit together( patience dude) instead of an ebay one..no im not doggin any ebay kits ive known some to last for a while but ive known some to break really really quick..like 4 months at 7 p.s.i i have a turbonetics drag kit and its been on my car for about 3 years now without havin to replace **** man.

I have almost the same setup except built bottom end also. I would also say go with the 1k's. Good luck with the build.

i9 had a buddy get a used kit for his sti. i know its not an a honda dont bash me. but he said the first thing he looked for was to make sure that the shaft does not have any play in it. he has it on and tuned with 400 to the wheel and it runs like a champ.

Put a kit together, that way you can get good/reliable parts. I wouldnt even think about an ebay kit. With that aside, my numbers are in my sig for a completely stock LS and i've been using the DSM 450's for 2 years now with a walbro 255 fuel pump. If you're on a budget you can find these for a good price. Plus my numbers are with a 3" exhaust as well which helps with the power/spool. Do it right the first time and go 3" instead of the 2.5". It'll help down the road if you want to upgrade.
